It needs to be sent to the mold factory for them to quote and whether they have the ability to do it; Factory information: including but not limited to: geographical location, scale, composition and number of people, turnover, technical strength, professional bias, relevant experience, price, duration, etc.; Quotation documents: Formal quotation documents, including quotations, schedules, etc., can compare the quotation documents of different manufacturers to judge the professionalism of the factory, and evaluate the real cost and construction period of the mold manufacturing. This process requires the mold factory, the design company and us to participate. This process is mainly completed by the mold factory and needs to be supervised by us. For many companies, there is no professional mold engineer, so the mold redesign process is rarely involved. 3. Mold making This process is based on the mold for mold processing, the processing technology is not described here, interested in Baidu. 4. Test mode According to the contract, the mold factory provides several sets of samples for each test mode. We carry out assembly analysis, put forward opinions, and submit the molds and molds to the mold factory, and then carry out the next test mode until the samples pass.
